The Fitness Guru’s Boot Camps are unique classes geared toward getting you in the very best shape. A combination of cardio-vascular training, strength training, flexibility and Pilates mat work, the Boot Camps take advantage of the entire Guru facility and the creativity and know-how of the best trainers in the business.
Each Boot Camp meets twice a week for eight weeks. Class size is kept small so that everyone is guaranteed attention. There are classes at 6am, 7am, 8am and 9:30am on weekdays. The cost of the program is $400.
Occasionally, we will add special Boot Camps on the weekends focusing on specific goals– pre-natal, yoga, etc. Check with the Studio for more details.
