Here are some podcasts to help guide you through the Fitness Guru’s Cardio-Strength Circuit at the Studio in DUMBO. We will be adding Workouts to the Library so check in regularly. And let us know if there is particular music you would like to hear, or a particular workout/body part(s) you would like to focus on. We will make it happen.

To use the Podcasts: Mac Users- Press Option then click on the link; a drop down tab will offer the choice of “download the source file”; click on it; the file will download to your Desktop. PC Users: right click the link and download the source file. Once the podcast is downloaded to your computer, add it to your iTunes library, and you load it onto your iPod for use at the studio. Any problems downloading? Come on in and use our iPod for your workout!Enjoy!!
