Here’s a great interview with Dr. Stuart McGill, expert on all things spinal. It’s interesting because Men’s Health magazine recently started promoting abdominal exercises that try to focus on a neutral spine (“try” because their focus is slightly off). But they have taken up the task because of Dr. McGill’s work.
