Ed- Here's a quick sample of five exercises and you don't even need equipment.
     1. Jumping Jacks (20)
     2. Push Ups (10-20)
     3. Crunches (15-20)
     4. Mountain Climbers (10-20)
     5. Five slow squats followed by five squats with a jump.

That's the sort of workout that I do when I can't get to the gym or, better yet, when I am traveling and stuck in a hotel room. It is a very intense 15-minute workout.

Let me know how else I can help.

Rock On

i had about 40 minutes today and this was a great tweak. I felt like I got a lot more done and it was a great way to "freshen up" the routine. I hate when I feel like I do the same/similar exercises too frequently.

The Diamond was good -- also because, and correct me if I'm wrong, you have a lot of exercises to choose from....Thanks for the tips Michael!
