Well, there you go proving my point. You bought the video because she has a hot body. That's great. Money well spent.

I feel like I must defend the series, since I created the workouts and am IN them with Kim.
By no means do the DVD's imply that Kim is the one who created these routines or tries to teach them.
Patrick Godeau created the step routine (and if you know about fitness you know about Patrick!) and I (Jennifer Galardi) created the strength and toning workouts. Both of us have been in the business for a long time and also committed our lives and careers to health and wellness.

Kim is used as the marketing and sales tool because, well, quite frankly she sells. The programs are not easy and completely legitimate. And I think the final product turned out quite beautifully. And if you saw them, I think you'd agree on both fronts.

And I have to mention that Kim is one of the hardest working clients with whom I've had the pleasure of training. She really committed to this and now makes fitness a part of her life. She trained hard every day prior to this shoot and helped create the workouts with us, which are really great. They even whopped my butt into better shape!

I appreciate your point of view (trust me) but I did want your readers to know that these are great fitness tools that I, and the entire team that worked on them, are really proud of. I hope your readers will enjoy them as much as Patrick and myself enjoyed working on them.
